The Ecstasy of the Heart, Episode 3

This new episode takes the Ecstasy of the Heart meditation technique to a whole new level by combining it with the most powerful Vedic mantra, the  Gayatri.  But first, I explain how music and poetry can bring harmony or discord  to our health and wellbeing, and so we have to choose wisely, before taking you into this most ancient form of sound healing known to man.

Vedic mantras are at least 6,000 years old and probably older than that.  They were created by Indian shamans, called rishis, who composed the  verses of the Rig Veda, and who understood the sacred geometrical and  alchemical aspects of sound.
