My drum “asked me” to heal the pain of betrayal in all those who wished to attune to it, and so I used my breath and intention while drumming between 4 and 7 beats per second, the rhythm most conducive for going into shamanic trance.
Andreas Pirner (APi_ZZ) found that the resonance of my drumming was of the frequency 109 Hz, close to the 108 Hz which is the sound tuning used to heal the sacral chakra, the Svadhishthana. So he fine tuned the drumming frequencies to that exact 108 Hz.
The sacral chakra governs the reproductive region and when it has been knocked out of balance, it can block our fertility in all aspects of our lives, such as our joy and enthusiasm that gives rise to our creativity. And so I added in the Adi Shakti mantra, the prayer to the Great Mother, who is associated with the Svadhishthana. The Adi Shakti Mantra tunes us into Her and into Her mantle of protective, generating energy that gently dissolves our fear blocks.
Andreas then put the whole thing to music, using flute and Tibetan sound bowls attuned to the frequency of 432 Hz. He also added a bowl drone sound (again at 432 Hz), augmented by bells chiming in deeply associated frequencies of (again) 108 Hz, 162 Hz, and 243 Hz and a second bowl at 364.5 Hz. These frequencies relate to the sacral, solar, heart and throat chakras.
Then he made the gorgeous cover that incorporates the Svadhishthana yantra.
